29 CFR 1910.420(a):General. The employer did not develop and maintain a safe practices manual which shall be made available at the dive location to each dive team member. A) The employer was conducting dive operations at a Geoduck harvesting tract roughly 5 miles east of Port Angeles, Washington. Several 70 foot dives had taken place at this tract over a two day period, and the employer had not developed a dive manual for the operations that were taking place during this time.
