29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about September 30, 2020 and times prior thereto, in the plate pleating machine area, the employer did not provide tools to use when placing filter media material in the plate pleating machine. The employees were exposed to caught-in, struck-by, and/or crushed-by hazards.
