29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by an ingoing nip point or rotating parts: a) At Ice House, Southfresh Aquaculture, Eutaw, Alabama: On or about June 5, 2017 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to caught-by and pinch point hazards in that employees were allowed to work at the rear of the ice house which did not have a guard covering the rake portion of the machine.
