29 CFR 1926.251(b)(3): Job or shop hooks and links, or makeshift fasteners, formed from bolts, rods, etc. or other such attachments were used: a) At Wetumpka Airport, Wetumpka, Alabama: On or about January 20, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to use an alloy steel sling which had previously been repaired with parts such as but not limited to an eye nut which was being used as a master link to connect the two legs of the sling which are not prescribed in alloy chain slings.
