29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: At the jobsite located at or near Route M bridge near Schell City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to pulmonary hazards from respirator use and respiratory illness from inhalation of silica dust and particulates. The employer's respiratory protection program did not include those employees using respirators while cutting concrete without the engineering controls specified in Table 1 of 1926.1153.
