Penn Stainless Products, Inc., 102 McQuiston Drive, Jackson Center, PA 16133, production area, near mandoor #2 / grinding table, on or about August 13, 2020 and times prior thereto: A green flexible cord was running from a receptacle, along the floor surface, and to the yellow flexible cord of a cord reel. The flexible cord routed along the floor surface exposed employees to potential trip/fall hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENATION REQUIRED
