29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. 15 Harding Street, Norwalk CT: On or about December 31, 2024, the day laborer was not provided training to recognize the hazards of ladder use when he fell from an extension ladder and suffered a fatal head injury while performing tasks such as (but not limited to) siding removal.
