29 CFR 1928.57(b)(1)(iv): Signs were not placed at prominent locations on tractors and power take-off driven equipment specifying that power drive system safety shields must be kept in place: (a)Craven Corner Feeders, Inc. at 36170 138th Street, Ipswich, SD 57451: On or about and at times prior to September 9, 2024, the employer did not ensure that signs specifying that power drive system safety shields must be kept in place were posted on power take-off equipment. This condition exposed employees to fatal caught-in and amputation hazards associated with the unmarked power take-off equipment.
