29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a. On or about June 2, 2024 at 19801 Holland Road, Brook Park OH the employer failed to ensure employees operating Powered Industrial Vehicles, to include, but not limited to, Toyota Forklift Truck model 8FGCU25, Serial number 83948 traveled in a safe direction in that they travel with large metal totes forward with limited vision. b. On or about June 10, 2024 at 19801 Holland Road, Brook Park OH the employer failed to ensure employees operating Powered Industrial Vehicles, to include, but not limited to, Toyota Forklift Truck model 8FGCU25, Serial number 83948 traveled in a safe direction in that they travel with large metal totes forward with limited vision.
