29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The driver did not look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. (A) Worksite: 250 North Boundary Road, Jamaica, NY 11430 On or about July 17th, 2023; an operator of a Toyota Forklift Model 8FBE18U was driving through the intersection with a load in front in the raised position obstructing his clear line of vision as he approached the intersection. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19
