29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Employees operating the blood room at JBS USA, LLC located at 555 South Stuhr Road, Grand Island, Nebraska were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the employees were not instructed in the recognition of the hazards associated with working near energized flexible cord substituted for fixed wiring and the methods to mitigate those hazards.
