29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii):The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form:(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATION/CONDITION) (DESCRIBE HAZARD) On or about November 12, 2021, employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as isocyanates, including toluene diisocyanate and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, while working in the production area. The employer did not perform air monitoring to evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards.
