29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The training program of the employer did not include all the training elements listed under Items A-C of 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): (a) This violation occurred on or about March 2, 2017 and at times prior thereto, in the Treehouse Foods Inc. facilty where the employer did not ensure that authorized employees of the pie line dough chunker were trained to ensure they understood the purpose and function of the energy control program and acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls and employees were exposed to amputation hazards.
