29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed:(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS) On or about 01/25/23, at 226 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to electrical hazards when troubleshooting an elevator's electrical panel and the employer did not require hand protection, such as electrical-rated gloves.
