29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) North side roof of press forge, 4 bay, center track door - On or about July 11, 2021, employees removing old roofing material were exposed to a fall hazard over 40 feet had not been trained in recognition of fall hazards or use, application, installation, or evaluation of necessary fall protection to minimize fall hazards.
