29 CFR 1926.1408(g)(1)(i): The crane operator and crew members assigned to work with the equipment were not provided trained in the procedures to be followed in the event of electrical contact with a power line: On or about September 4, 2018, on the west side of a worksite located at 1199 W. Lantana Road in Lake Worth, Florida, employees were exposed to electrocution hazards when permitted to performing concrete wall panel installation using a wheel mounted crane located within 7 feet or less of overhead power lines energized with 7,620 volts prior to being provided with training to ensure they understood the procedures to be followed in the event of contact with overhead power lines.
