29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: (a) This violation occurred on or about March 2, 2017 and at times prior thereto, in the Pie Line Dough Chunker area, where the employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspections of the Pie Line Dough Chunker energy control procedure to ensure it was properly implemented during the lockout of the Dough Chunker exposing maintenance employees to an amputation hazard from the unexpected energization of the Teflon blade.
