29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B): The employer did not include all equipment that was part of the process on piping and instrument diagrams. Piping and instrument diagrams (P & IDs) for the facility ammonia refrigeration system were not updated to reflect all system components including, but not limited to: A) Gauges added to new lines for Vilter compressors #1, #2, and #7 in the compressor room. B) Valves #030138 and #030137 in lines for the 40 degree Suction Trap were not located in the positions indicated by the relevent P&ID.
