Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety & Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to an unstable slave pallet and an unstable roller conveyor that was not supported securely by concrete blocks stacked on top of each other. Warehouse The slave pallet and the roller conveyor are resting on unstable concrete blocks and could be tipped over while handling heavy loads or being struck by the tines of a fork lift truck. "ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM". One feasible abatement methods among others would be to weld steel I-beam legs onto the frame of the slave pallet and the roller conveyor.
