LOCATION: The storage yard at 201 Commerce Dr., Braintree, MA On or about October 11, 2024, employees performing spotter operations were exposed to struck-by and crush-by hazards when large, palletized crates of glass panels being off-loaded from a tractor trailer truck shipping container were not stable or safely arranged.
