29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: a) On or about June 24, 2024, at the south side of the facility, employees worked from the roof without the use of fall protection while working near an unprotected skylight at heights greater than 20 feet above ground.
