29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) South Side of Building - Employees were required to ride in an aerial lift to access a commercial roof approximately forty-two (42) feet high without first being trained by a qualified person on the hazards associated with working from, and riding on, the aerial lift, on or about March 20, 2023.
