29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment. On or about March 3, 2023, and times prior thereto, where employees were not provided training on Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE), how to use the equipment and how to select the proper equipment, such as proper gloves or insulated PPE when working near or around energized powerlines and performing tree cutting activities. The employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.
