29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) On or about November 22, 2022, at 807 E. Hwy 108, Sulphur, LA 70665, employees wore full face and half face respirators to wash chemicals such as Pyrolysis Gasoline (Pygas), a toxicant, from the interior of tank trucks without first receiving a medical evaluation.
