29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) Hatfield Power Plant, 2773 East Ray Furman Highway, Carmichaels, PA 15320, Precipitation Area on or about September 28th, 2022 at approximately 8:15AM employees were not protected from fall hazards while in the process of dismantling. No fall protection was in use by employees working from heights of ~72 feet above ground level while conducting demolition activities.
