29 CFR 1910.28(b)(9)(i)(A): Existing fixed ladders. For fixed ladders that extended more that 24ft above lower level. Each fixed ladder installed before November 19, 2018 was not equipped with a personal fall arrest system, ladder safety system, cage, or well; a) FEDEX - 155 Earhart Drive, Newark NJ 07114 - Employees were exposed to falls greater than 24ft from a fixed ladder not equipped with personal fall arrest system, ladder safety system, cage or well. Employees climbed the fixed ladder to access the roof. Violation occurred on or about 06/10/2022
