29 CFR 1926.451(b)(7): On scaffolds where platforms are overlapped to create a long platform, the overlap was not at least 12 inches (30 cm) and or the platforms were not nailed together or otherwise restrained to prevent movement. 119 Riverbank Road - Employees performing masonry work on the chimney were exposed to fall hazards due to planks that were overlapped less than 12 inches.
