29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: (a) On or about 10/08/2021 - 500 Gum Pond Road, Baileyton, AL, employees were exposed to the hazard of drowning while working near a lake without the use of personal protective equipment, such as life jackets.
