29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) Facility, 1711 Route 588, Fombell, PA: On or about August 23, 2021 the employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program. The employer had not provided any training to the employees on the products used in the workplace or the hazards associated with such products. The employee uses products such as varnish and mineral spirits and there is no program that addresses the use of safety data sheets and training on such products to ensure they are used safely.
