29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(v):A receptacle installed outdoors in a location protected from the weather or in other damp locations did not have an enclosure for the receptacle that was weatherproof when the receptacle was covered (attachment plug cap not inserted and receptacle covers closed): At the workplace located at 6600 Stadium Drive, Kansas City, Missouri 64129, employees were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards. An electrical outlet located behind the RJA Roto-Jet parts washer was not equipped with an enclosure that would protect from water from the parts washer.
