29 CFR 1910.178(o)(2):Load(s) were being handled which exceeded the rated capacity of the industrial truck(s): a) In the Savannah 1 warehouse located at 202 International Trade Pkwy., Savannah, GA: On or about May 12, 2021, and at times prior thereto, the employer allowed Toyota #7 and other electric-powered industrial trucks to handle 3-high pallets, thereby exceeding the maximum weight capacity of approximately 4,600 lbs., thus exposing employees to stuck-by and crushing hazards.
