29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(3):Ladders were loaded beyond the maximum intended load for which they are built. a) On or about March 1, 2021, at the previously addressed job site, employees used a 6 foot Keller step ladder which was loaded beyond its intended load of 300 lbs. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
