1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: Location: Production Area, Menes Dough Forming Line: On or about February 15, 2021, employees performed cleaning with a scraper inside the hopper of the Menes Line machine while the machine was powered on. The employer did not instruct and train each authorized worker who cleans the Menes Line machine in the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control and exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards.
