29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about October 10, 2020, and times prior thereto, in the wood reel fabrication area, employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-by hazards while operating a wood cutting machine without guarding to protect employees from the point of operation. JFM International, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1177712, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 12-22-2016, with respect to a workplace located at 300 East Steward St. Willis, TX, 77378.
