29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward views: a) On or about June 6, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees required to operate powered industrial trucks, including, but not limited to the CombiLift CB8 - Model C9000CB - Serial Number 21139 forklift travelled without the drivers view being obstructed or employees were in the path of travel, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
