29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed. On 6/9/2020, at the Murrayville plant, the employer did not ensure a periodic inspection was conducted of the established Lockout program to ensure all procedures were reviewed and in the course of the inspection all authorized employees were included in that review.
