29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a. At site located at 929 Fennel Seed Way in Ruskin, Florida, on or about February 27, 2020, employees installing 8 feet by 4 feet plywood panels on the second story floor over the garage of a new residential house were exposed to a fall of 10 feet and were not provided with training to recognize hazards of falling through unprotected leading edges.
