29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about December 5, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the tops of chains and sprockets used to provide power to multiple motorized rotating shafts in the Roof Line Area were unguarded, exposing employees to the hazard of getting caught in rotating parts.
