29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: On or about October 30, 2019 the employer did not ensure that affected employee(s) were instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure that consisted in adequate training specific to each equipment. As part of the process, employees were required to dislodge bi-product on a rotary valve machine "cyclone" thus, exposing employees to caught-in-between hazards.
