29 CFR 1910.151(b): In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons was not adequately trained to render first aid. Adequate first aid supplies were not readily available: a) Hydro Resources, County Road 18 and 69, Keenesburg, CO 80643: On and before April 23, 2019 the employer did not ensure that employees working in remote locations were adequately trained in first-aid. In addition, adequate first aid supplies were not readily available. This condition exposed the employee to safety and health hazards.
