29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: On or about July 10, 2018, at Lost Lake, in the vicinity of Dularge near the Falgout Canal Marina at latitude 29*20.155N and longitude 091*02.317, the employer did not ensure that the authorized employee(s) received training in the recognition of hazardous energy sources in the workplace while repairing a carriage spud ram on a dredge.
