29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): The employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites: On or about February 8, 2018; Location: Inside the building, through all floors 1) Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while engaged in construction activities using equipment, such as grinders and extension cords, connected to a non-GFCI source through the entire building. Employer did not provide GFCI devices or other protections as alternate method.
