29 CFR 1910.37(b)(1): Each exit was not adequately lighted such that an employee with normal vision could see along the exit route: a) Clean Harbors Treatment Building (South Room): On or about October 30, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to injury due to being unable to locate an exit in the south treatment room in the event of a hazardous release or other emergency as a result of lack of adequate lighting.
