Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to the hazards of an extremely corrosive and deadly chemical, hydrofluoric acid: (a) Jobiste: Employees were exposed to hydrofluoric acid, while manually tipping and pouring the chemical in a manner that would expose employees to serious or fatal injury. Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard may include, but is not limited to providing an appropriate size hand pump which reaches to all parts of the bottom of the drum or the use of an inclinator, a siphon, or a smaller container to dispense
