29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. 15 Harding Street, Norwalk CT: On or about December 31, 2024, the employer did not ensure the poles of the pump jack scaffold were attached at the bottom for the day laborer performing tasks from the scaffold such as (but not limited to) siding removal.
