29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: a) International Cushioning Co. on or about February 22, 2022, at the address of 2101 Cedar St. Fremont, OH: The employer did not ensure electrical equipment, such as but not limited to, industrial fans positioned on the foam line, were rated for the hazardous atmosphere they were operated in. In this condition employees were exposed to burns from ignition hazards.
