29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(I): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in other unique or potentially hazardous conditions of the workplace that could affect safe operation: a) Building 700: On or about June 18, 2021 and at times prior; employees move totes and sacks with Hyster H50FT forklifts near other stacked sacks and totes. Employees are not trained on what to do if sacks are punctured; which is known to result in stacked sacks to collapse. Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
