29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. On or about April 14, 2021, the energy control procedure for a 3M S-867 "L" Clip Applicator taper machine (S/N 4128) did not include a step to effectively release stored pneumatic energy from the machine prior to servicing.
