29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: (a) On or about 01/29/2021 - Fabrication Area, authorized employees were exposed to caught-between hazards when working under the Trumpf Tru-Laser 5030 Automatic Pallet Changer and the written lockout procedure "Trumpf - Tru-Laser 5030 (A0231A0314)" did not clearly and specifically outline the requirements for blocking the hydraulically-controlled Automatic Pallet Changer.
