29 CFR 1926.405(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable armor, and other metal enclosures for conductors were not metallically joined together into a continuous electric conductor and so connected to all boxes, fittings, and cabinets as to provide effective electrical continuity: (a) On or about August 17, 2018 for employees exposed to electrical hazards where Type MC jacketed cable was not properly installed into a Crouse-Hinds TMC4140 cable fitting at a service disconnect panel at the Gobbler 6-35-26TFH well site near New Town, North Dakota.
